Appartement is located at 5445 collins ave Miami Beach.

Walking distance to the beach from lower lobby (2 min walk)

** THIS IS NOT SOUT BEACH **

** Pool is closed until March 2024**

Condo is 950 sqt ( 88 m2) and features :

* 2 Bedrooms

- 1 bedroom with 1 King size bed

- 1 bedroom with 2 queens size bed

* 1 Full Bathroom

- 1 shower + 1 toilet

* Kitchen

Condo is equipped with Fridge, Microwave, Stove, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, utensils.

* Pack ' n play and play

* High chair available

* 3 smart TV's

* High Speed Internet

Guest have access to the entire apartment

We are available from 9am to 8PM via the airbnb platform

* Condo is located in Miami Beach (NOT SOUTH BEACH)

* Building has direct access to the beach

* City offers Free trolley that goes to south beach (15min-25 min depend on traffic)

* Cars or UBER/LYFT is highly recommend

*10-15 min to restaurants and groceries store

* You have the option to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. Basic cable included.

* We don't provide streaming app accounts (Netflix, Amazon or Disney+).

* Early check in only possible if we don't have a guest prior arrival

* If available you can pay extra fee will book the night before for early check in in the morning (When possible)

* Check in anytime after 4pm with your own access code. Please make sure you have all the information for check in. We won't be able to answer calls after 8pm

* Please make sure to add the correct number of guest that will be staying at the property.

* Guest that made booking MUST be present at checking.

ID will be required to check in with front desk. ANY GUEST THAT IS NOT LISTED WON'T BE ABLE TO CHECK IN WITHOUT THE PRIMARY GUEST.

* If you arrived between 4pm and 7pm please expect long line at check in

* You MUST registered your vehicle with front desk in order to have free parking.

* Check out instructions MUST be followed :

- All trash must be taking out

- 10am check out

* Condo doesn't have ocean view

* Condo doesn't have a balcony

* No more than 6 guests at any giving time

* No party, graduation birthdays or events allowed* * No commercial filming allowed
